Leigh-Anne began practicing yoga regularly in 2009. Though she initially approached asana practice simply as a way to stay in shape because she was bored with other exercise regimens, it was the richness of the philosophy, meditation, and history of yoga that have kept her practicing years later. She completed her HYTT-200 in 2018 under the guidance of Anna Pittman at the Breathing Space in Blacksburg, and completed Aerial Yoga Level I training with FlyDog Yoga at In Balance in Spring 2018. Her classes aim to awaken curiosity in her students and faith that the greatest adventures in practice await us all off the mat!
