Kellie fell in love with the benefits of yoga as a way help both the physical body and state of mind. While going to graduate school at Virginia Tech, she deepened her own yoga practice and pursued yoga teacher training at In Balance. In 2018, she completed the Kunga Yoga 200-HR teacher training and is currently working on her Kunga Yoga 300-HR YTT. Kellie’s teaching style is influenced by her background in group fitness classes. She brings mindful movements to her classes in a targeted way, designed to develop strength, flexibility and mobility. Kellie strives to make her classes accessible to everyone and provides ways for you to challenge yourself in your practice.
