Jordan attended her first yoga class in 2005 and has continually returned to the mat for grounding, inner balance, and strength since. In 2018, she completed In Balance Yoga’s 200-hour yoga teacher training in Blacksburg, Virginia, and is currently an IBY intern completing her 300-hour Kunga yoga training. Patanjali’s Eight Limbs and liberatory frameworks provide a foundation for her practice and teaching. Jordan is passionate about using embodied healing practices to help others find strength, resilience, and mind/body connections.
