Jennifer decided to pursue a career that she found more meaningful after working in medical sales for over 13 years and being diagnosed with an early stage breast cancer in 2013.

As a part of her breast cancer rehab she discovered STOTT Pilates®. Pilates also offered her benefits for her triathlon training, trail running, and cycling. She enjoyed Pilates so much she started her training certification shortly after taking her first class.  Because of her lifelong passion for fitness this new career path was the perfect fit for her.

Jennifer is a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor for mat, reformer and Total Barre. She is an ACE certified personal trainer and RYT500 completing  additional certifications in Barkan Hot Yoga Method Level 1 and 26 & 2, NuPower Method Yoga, Level One Aerial Yoga with FlyDog Yoga, Ace Fitness Youth Specialist and Senior Fitness Programs, the Pink Ribbon Program (post-operative workout enhancing recovered for breast cancer survivors), and Christina Phipps Foundation training for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers.

She enjoys working with clients of all levels and ages to help them reach their fitness goals, improve their flexibility and balance, strengthen their core muscles and help them enjoy their exercise program.

On the weekends you may catch her cycling with her husband, trail running with friends, practicing yoga or at one of her children’s many sporting events.
