Hannah Losey is a certified Kunga Yoga teacher and Group Fitness Instructor. She began practicing yoga in 2012 and quickly fell in love with how it can help cultivate not only one’s mind-body connection but also connection to others and the community. Hannah was certified and started teaching group fitness classes in 2018 and received her 200-hour Kunga Yoga certification at In Balance Yoga in Blacksburg, VA in 2021. Her primary teachers at IBY are Lisa Perlanne, Aaron Richards and Nicole Fitzwater LaFon. Hannah especially enjoys teaching vinyasa and power style classes as fun, safe and low impact exercise for all levels. Off the mat, she loves to cook delicious vegan meals and hike with her husband Dylan and dog Stella.
