Courtney believes, through compassion, each of us can remember our own path to a healing practice. As an ever evolving practice, yoga is explored as a guide for Self discovery, transformation, and acceptance. Her classes offer well-rounded instruction in a playful atmosphere and focus on personalized alignments, calm awareness of the breath, and a steady ease within each pose or transition. Courtney gathers inspiration from the elements of the natural world and incorporates a blend of teachings. She has completed trainings in Ashtanga Vinyasa Krama with Jeff Tiebout, Barkan Method Hot Yoga and Vinyasa with Becky McDaniel, and Specialized Yoga Therapy with Michelle Lawrence and Inner Peace Yoga Therapy. Yoga has offered Courtney the opportunity to continuously learn through true connection, and the honor of sharing what she loves.
