Sharing passion, authenticity, and creativity through playful sequencing, Calleigh creates space for students to find a deep connection to the body, breath, and spirit. With her background and practice in Athletic Training, Calleigh connects her knowledge of anatomy, injury prevention and body movement to the intention of her teachings. She is a 200 HR Registered Yoga Teacher guiding vinyasa, Jimmy Barkan hot yoga series, and also certified in NuPower Yoga; currently deepening her yoga study in the Kunga 300-hour training at In Balance Yoga Studio. Learning from incredible teachers, she takes what she has learned and hopes that what resonates with you is carried off your mat and into the rest of your life.
