Becca developed a consistent yoga practice after attending the first Kunga fest at In Balance Yoga in the fall of 2017. Yoga helped her calm her mind and find her center while she was redefining herself in her current stage of life. In the summer of 2019, Becca became a certified 200 hour yoga instructor through the Kunga Yoga School at In Balance Yoga. Becca embodies a playful, upbeat energy and is passionate about helping people. She strives to make yoga accessible to all people through community and donations classes; offering options, modifications, amplifications, and creative sequencing in class; providing hands-on assists to help clarify poses; and helping people rekindle their childlike playfulness, inner strength, and love-of-life through acro yoga.
