Amy appreciated the physical well-being and the peace and calm that she found through her yoga practice, and is excited and very grateful to be able to teach this practice that she loves to others. Amy enjoys teaching hot yoga and vinyasa style classes.  Amy’s classes provide a welcoming environment where everyone is comfortable to share their energy and yoga practice.  Amy has attended many mindfulness trainings and is a certified Koru Mindfulness Instructor.
