We have taught private group classes for bridal parties, girl’s night, sororities, clubs, organizations, athletic teams and businesses.

Aerial Private Sessions


Clothing Requirements: short or long sleeves (no tank tops); no zippers or metal.  No jewelry.  No yoga mats required.

Physical Restrictions: Please talk to the instructor before class if you have any concerns. People who have heart disease, high blood pressure, vertigo, eye diseases (such as glaucoma), or are pregnant should consult their doctors first before trying inversions.

Private Session with Anna Pittman

Anna began studying Raja Yoga with Carla Sgroi of the European Yoga Alliance in Milan, Italy in the 1980’s. After returning to the states in 1990 she became certified in Shiatsu, Massage, Barratt Breathwork, RYT 500 in Hatha Yoga and Life Transformation Consulting which includes work with somatic based trauma release, attachment styles and Vedic psychology.

She has been teaching students to teach and share Hatha Yoga since 2000 and has more than 20 years experience teaching Yoga Psychology. Presently Anna holds a PhD in Consciousness Studies and sees clients, live and online for individual sessions as well as teaching asana and other Yoga related topics to small groups.

Dr. Anna Pittman recognizes that the purifying effects of Yoga often reveal old patters of being that no longer match your new level of Openness. This may be evidenced by diffucilt memories or inconsistencies such as passive/aggressive behavior, feeling stuck in the past, worrying about the future, experiencing personal inadequacy beliefs or difficulties with previously stable relationships. 

Anna is passionate about praciticing Yoga Psychotherapy. She is experienced in integrating Western Psychology, Ancient Yogic Wisdom and Somatic Techniques, so that the benefit of your practice can be taken off the mat and into your life in a profound and meaningful way.
