Karma Yoga
Karma yoga is translated as “the yoga of action”—that is, using the ordinary actions of your life as a means of “waking up.” Essentially, everything you do—from household chores, like washing the dishes, to “important” duties, like your job—becomes a way of nourishing the universe that nourishes you. Karma yoga can also be expressed through the practice of seva, or service. When you give to others, you free up space within yourself to receive this same loving-kindness.
In Balance Yoga Studio will offer regular donations classes at the studio. 100% of the donations go towards each organization or charity.
Feel good doing something that makes you feel good! Then, you can turn every practice into an expression of seva.
